If you are looking at burning the existing fat, then keep drinking a lot of water with lemon juice or just plain grape fruit juice. It would taste weird but helps cut down on the untimely appetite and doesn't let you take a bite or two of the home-made Choco-chip cookie that you keep in your drawer for such emergency hunger episodes!

As for your diet itself, you will have to ensure that you take in a lot of fruits and vegetables. They are best when consumed raw or at least if they are close to their natural state. If you like meat, then ensure that it is grilled, poached or steamed. Avoid eating fried stuff.
You need to remember that a proper diet would have to be maintained for any of your exercises to pay-off, now make certain that you follow these tips and see the difference yourself in just a few weeks.
